Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping confirmation email has been sent, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours unless otherwise noted.

To request a cancellation, please email orders@nextstophomeownership.com as soon as possible and include your full name and order number. Cancellation requests received after an order has been fulfilled will not be accepted.
